Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture).
• 1–3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, leasing, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, property documentation, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work.
• Having a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate potential locations for new store expansion based on company criteria.
• Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping to assess viability of sites.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers on lease negotiations and site availability.
• Prepare site evaluation reports and financial feasibility studies for management approval.
• Process and monitor lease agreements, permits, and documentary requirements for site acquisition.
• Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams during expansion.
• Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipeline projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards before endorsement.
