Job summary

Robinsons Handyman Inc. is seeking a Store Expansion Officer to assist the Store Expansion Manager in identifying, evaluating, and coordinating new store locations to ensure timely, cost‑effective expansion.

You will scout sites, prepare feasibility studies, coordinate with landlords and internal teams, assist in lease negotiations, and monitor project timelines and openings.

This on‑site role in Quezon City requires fieldwork and travel, with typical hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, or real estate.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel.
• Proficient in MS Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout and evaluate potential store sites

• Prepare feasibility studies (sales projections and cost estimates)

• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and internal departments

• Assist in lease negotiations and documentation

• Monitor project timelines and store opening progress

• Conduct site inspections and ensure brand standards are met

• Maintain expansion pipeline reports and site database

QUALIFICATIONS:

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)

• 8am-6:30pm, 9am-730pm, or 10am-8:30pm

• Location: Bagumbayan Libis, Quezon City, near Eastwood.
