Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to lead expansion efforts for new stores. You will identify locations, analyze markets, negotiate leases, and prepare evaluations for management approval, while coordinating with operations, legal, finance, and development teams. Strong field experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

The role requires extensive travel and a proactive approach to site feasibility and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, property documentation, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work.
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

3. Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers regarding lease negotiations and site availability.

4. Prepare site evaluation reports, financial feasibility studies, and recommendations for management approval.

5. Process and monitor lease agreements, permits, and other documentary requirements related to site acquisition.

6. Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development, Franchise Executive teams during the store expansion process.

7. Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipeline projects.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards before endorsement.
