A Site Locator identifies and evaluates strategic locations for business expansion, such as retail stores, gas stations, or corporate offices. They conduct feasibility studies, negotiate lease terms with property owners, and ensure the proposed sites comply with local zoning regulations.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Site Sourcing: Scout for available commercial spaces and properties within target territories.
• Feasibility Studies: Evaluate locations based on traffic volume, foot traffic, accessibility, proximity to competitors, and demographic data.
• Negotiations: Negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and contract conditions with property owners or lessors.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with local government units (LGUs), barangay officials, and private landowners to ensure smooth project approval.
• Documentation & Permits: Prepare site endorsement forms, business cases for management approval, and secure necessary documents for site acquisition.
• Field Verification: Conduct ocular visits to verify physical site conditions, validate nearby establishments, and take geo-tagged photos for reporting.

Qualifications;

• Bachelors degree holder any course related to the said position.
• At least 2years experience as site locator or relevant.
• Amenable to work 6working & 1 rest day every week.
• Reporting is in SHAWARMA SHACK HEAD OFFICE - Tandang Sora Quezon City,
• Preferably with owned motorcycle with valid driver's license & ORCR.
• Can start ASAP!
