Job summary

About the role

This is a customer-facing food service role in a quick-service restaurant environment. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, preparing and serving food according to approved standards, operating the cash register, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting overall store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and available promotions

• Prepare and assemble food products according to approved procedures and standards

• Follow proper portioning, cooking, reheating, and food-handling procedures

• Ensure that all food products served are fresh, properly prepared, and presentable

• Operate the cash register/POS system accurately and process cash, card, e-wallet, and other approved forms of payment

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, kitchen/preparation area, equipment, and other assigned areas

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries

• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college-level or college graduate is an advantage

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service is an advantage but may not be required

• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation is preferred

• Basic communication and mathematical skills

• Able to operate a POS/cash register or willing to undergo training

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing routine store duties

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours when required and legally permitted

• Reliable, punctual, honest, responsible, and customer-oriented

• Willing to comply with company rules, policies, and operating procedures
