Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
• Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Assemble, pack, and serve orders promptly and accurately.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed.
• Dispose of trash and clean surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.

Teamwork and Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in restocking inventory and reporting low supplies to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Compliance and Safety

• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards to the manager.

Qualifications
