Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
- Answer customer queries about menu items, services, or policies.
- Handle complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Order Management
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Process payments through cash, card, or other digital methods.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards.
Preparation and Maintenance
- Assist in food preparation, plating, or packaging (if applicable).
- Ensure workstations and dining areas are clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Restock supplies such as condiments, utensils, or beverages.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen staff, cashiers, and other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions or meetings to improve service quality.
Qualifications
Educational Background
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required).
Skills
- Basic communication skills (proficiency in English or the local language).
- Ability to perform simple math for transactions (e.g., handling cash or change).
- Customer service skills, including a polite and friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures (training may be provided).
- Multitasking and time-management abilities.
Work Experience
Prior experience in a food service or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.

- Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
