Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and attending to customer inquiries and needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management
• Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise, ensuring proper labelling and placement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure promotional displays are current and appealing
• Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy and integrity
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
• Support team members and collaborate to meet daily sales targets and store objectives
• Address customer complaints professionally and elevate issues to management when necessary
