About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Store Crew members to join the ELJIN CORPORATION team at our Hermosa Bataan location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. As a Store Crew member, you will be the face of our retail operation, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the store. Your energy, reliability, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in creating a welcoming shopping environment and driving our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring the sales floor is neat and appealing

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods in compliance with company procedures

Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies to management

Assist in unloading deliveries and receiving merchandise, ensuring items are properly logged and stored

Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards, to maintain a secure and compliant work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Support promotional activities and special events as directed by management

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service

Ability to work as part of a team whilst also taking initiative to complete tasks independently

Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform repetitive tasks

Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required

Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with cash handling and POS systems

Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
