About the role We are seeking a dedicated Store Crew member to join the ELJIN CORPORATION team in Bayambang, Pangasinan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our retail operations. As a Store Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, contributing directly to creating a welcoming shopping environment and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our store and directly impacts our business success.

Key responsibilities

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers, addressing enquiries and assisting with product selection
• Operating cash registers accurately and processing payments using point-of-sale systems
• Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are organised, clearly priced and visually appealing
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including floors, fitting rooms and customer areas
• Handling stock receiving and inventory management tasks as assigned
• Assisting with product displays, promotional signage and seasonal merchandising activities
• Supporting loss prevention efforts and following security procedures to protect store assets
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet store targets and objectives
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations at all times
