Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Stock shelves, organize displays and maintain a clean store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
• Support receiving and labeling merchandise and ensuring proper placement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional displays.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily sales targets and store objectives.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when needed.
