About the role

ELJIN CORPORATION is seeking a Store Crew member to join our team at our Pampanga location. This is a full-time position based in Mexico Pampanga, where you will be at the heart of our retail operations. As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience

Processing customer transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and efficiency

Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and shelves are well-stocked

Receiving and processing incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and quality

Performing regular price checks and updating product displays to ensure promotional signage is current

Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Assisting with store opening and closing procedures

Following company policies and procedures to maintain store standards and security

What we're looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members

Reliability and punctuality with a demonstrated commitment to meeting work schedules

Physical capability to lift, carry and move merchandise regularly throughout shifts

Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn

Attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized and clean store environments

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Fluency in local language(s) preferred
