As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store operations, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. What you'll be doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them in locating products and information
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, ensuring all payments are handled correctly
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization by regularly tidying shelves, displays, and sales floor areas
• Stocking merchandise on shelves and displays, ensuring products are properly arranged and clearly priced
• Assisting with inventory management tasks, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies
• Supporting promotional activities and ensuring promotional signage is displayed correctly and professionally
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalating issues when necessary
