About the role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Crew to join our team at our Tarlac City location. This is a full-time position based in Tarlac City, Tarlac. As Store Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, our customers receive excellent service, and our retail environment remains welcoming and well-organized. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence.

Key responsibilities

Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers, including assisting with product enquiries and processing transactions

Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment at all times

Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise in a neat and timely manner

Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and securely handling cash and payment methods

Monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory discrepancies to management

Following company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations

Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team atmosphere

Assisting with store promotions, visual displays and marketing initiatives as directed

Helping to resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
