Job summary

Mobler Enterprises is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in the stone and architectural finishes industry. You will identify opportunities, manage existing accounts, conduct fieldwork, and present stone products and technical solutions to clients in Makati or San Juan.

Role requires building relationships with designers, firms, contractors, and property owners, delivering presentations, and staying current with industry trends to propose improvements and new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build business by identifying and developing new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with interior designers, architectural firms, kitchen partners, contractors, and property owners.
• Identify business opportunities by researching prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and analyzing sales opportunities.
• Sell products by establishing contact, building relationships with prospects, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales objectives by forecasting, planning, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide effective solutions to issues that arise on-site.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, guidance, and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements and new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and customer information.
• Submit weekly itineraries and sales reports.
• Maintain quality service by following and upholding company standards.
• Contribute to the team's overall success by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Perform fieldwork, including area saturation, client visits, Field Site Measurements (FSM), and monitoring actual installations.
• Deliver product presentations to clients.
• Provide technical knowledge and guidance during client presentations and consultations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from fellow Sales Executives and provide timely solutions when needed.
• Willing to be assigned to San Juan City or Makati City
