Job summary

TechStone in Taguig, Metro Manila, seeks a senior sales professional to drive architectural coating systems into live projects by engaging design firms, developers and contractors. This is a specification-led role focused on getting systems written into design stage documents.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction/architectural finishing sales, an established Metro Manila network, and skills in reading drawings and presenting to design teams.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience selling construction or architectural finishing products, or equivalent experience in practice with exposure to specification work.
• A background in Architecture is preferred; a licensed Architect is an advantage
• An established network among architects, developers or contractors in Metro Manila
• Able to read drawings and take off areas
• Confident presenting to design teams and client principals

Responsibilities

• Build and hold relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, developers and contractors
• Present the systems and finishes, arrange samples and mock-ups, and get TechStone specified at design stage
• Prepare and issue quotations, then follow them through to award
• Attend site visits and substrate assessments with the Operations team
• Keep the CRM current - pipeline, activity and quotation status
• Report to the Sales Director
