Job summary

Dwellstone Inc. is seeking a Project Sales Associate to drive growth in the tile market by promoting and selling ceramic, porcelain, homogeneous, and other tile products to contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, dealers, and retail customers.

The role emphasizes field visits, identifying project opportunities, negotiating sales, and providing excellent after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the monthly sales quota of ₱1,000,000 through proactive field selling and account management.
• Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing clients, including contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, dealers, and construction companies.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and project site visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable tile products based on customers' project requirements and budgets.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product specifications to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor ongoing construction projects and identify opportunities for additional product sales.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support to maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, including client visits, sales pipeline, and forecast reports.
• Attend sales meetings, product training, and company events as required.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
