About the role

Ace Hardware Phils., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Stock Clerk to join our team at our SM City Consolacion, Lamac Consolacion Cebu location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining our store's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure our shelves are well-stocked and our storage areas are properly maintained. This position is essential to supporting our retail operations and ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need when they visit our store.

What you'll be doing

As a Stock Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles and inspecting items for damage or discrepancies
• Sorting, organising, and storing inventory in designated areas of the warehouse or stockroom
• Stocking shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper labelling and pricing
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts and audits
• Monitoring stock levels and alerting management when items require reordering
• Rotating stock using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method to minimize waste and obsolescence
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and stockroom environment

• Assisting retail staff by locating and retrieving items from storage when needed
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
