About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Clerk to join ADVANCE STEP INT'L MANPOWER SERVICES INC in a full-time capacity. Based in Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila, this role is essential to our retail and consumer products operations. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our warehouse and retail facilities. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and recording incoming stock and merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality
• Counting and verifying inventory levels on a regular basis and conducting physical stock takes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems and manual logs
• Organising and storing goods in the warehouse in a logical and efficient manner
• Preparing items for dispatch and ensuring orders are correctly picked and packed
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages or shortages in inventory
• Supporting the stocktaking process and assisting with inventory audits
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Liaising with other departments to communicate inventory status and availability
