• Checks and records arrivals, stock transfers, pending orders, and returns to suppliers.

• Maintains proper storage, cleanliness, and orderliness of the work area to ensure a systematic flow of work.

• Ensures all merchandise, items, and equipment are kept and secured in their designated areas.

• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged before being transferred to the selling area.

• Prepares stock requisitions for immediate replenishment to guarantee completeness of merchandise in the selling area.

• Re-checks stocks to be delivered to different branches.

• Informs the Warehouse Supervisor of returns and damages.

• Conducts periodic stock counts in the warehouse according to the set schedule.

• Supports management decisions, requirements, and expectations.

• If assigned as Store Officer In-Charge, manages store cash and check sales collections for deposit and assumes custodianship of store funds such as loose change fund and petty cash fund.

• Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
