About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join Ace Hardware Phils., Inc. team in SM City J Mall, Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail operations. As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, helping clients find the right products and building lasting relationships that support our business growth. This position is based on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu, and offers the opportunity to develop valuable retail and sales skills within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs and requirements
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure items are well-organized, clearly labelled and visually appealing
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues
• Answer customer enquiries regarding product specifications, pricing and availability with professionalism and courtesy
