GO FRESH SUPERMART in Ermita, Manila is seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join our Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory team. This full-time position focuses on accurate stock records, data entry and efficient warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree, experience in inventory roles, proficiency with inventory systems and MS Office, and strong numerical skills. You will help maintain stock levels, perform counts, and support procurement decisions while upholding safety

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and logging incoming inventory shipments against PO.

• Organising warehouse storage per procedures and safety standards.
• Preparing inventory reports and analyzing stock movements for procurement decisions.
• Monitoring stock levels and alerting when below minimum thresholds.
• Processing returns and managing damaged/expired inventory.

About the role

GO FRESH SUPERMART is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk (Female) to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila, this role is essential to our operations within the Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory sector of the retail and supermarket industry. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our supply chain and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and organised at all times.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, inspecting and logging incoming inventory shipments to verify quantities and quality against purchase orders

• Maintaining accurate inventory records using computerised systems and manual documentation

• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and variances

• Organising and arranging products in the warehouse according to established storage procedures and safety standards

• Preparing inventory reports and analysing stock movements to support procurement decisions

• Monitoring stock levels and alerting management when items fall below minimum thresholds

• Processing product returns and managing damaged or expired inventory

• Supporting the implementation of inventory management policies and procedures

• Assisting with warehouse maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment

• Collaborating with purchasing, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow

What we're looking for

• College graduate of 4 years course

• Proven experience working as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Controller or in a similar warehouse role within the retail or supermarket sector for atleast 1 years or below experience

• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to accurately count, record and organise inventory under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Physical capability to lift, carry and move stock weighing up to 25kg regularly

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices

• Preferred: Certification in inventory management or related positions
