This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional hotel reservation support via inbound calls, ensuring accurate information and efficient processing of bookings. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent English communication, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
• With or without call center experience; BPO experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
