Golden Snake Solutions Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site Cebu City team. Start ASAP, with fixed weekends off and night shift from 11pm to 8am. No experience required, diploma accepted, full-time position.

You will handle inquiries by phone, chat or email, provide accurate information, document interactions, and ensure a positive customer experience. We offer incentives, training, annual raises, PTOs, and career growth opportunities.
