Job summary

GlobalFoundries in the Philippines seeks a Staff Business Finance to support the IP Licensing and Tools businesses, aligning commercial structures with compliant accounting outcomes for the MIPS IP lineup and the RISC‑V/Physical AI platforms.

This hands‑on finance leadership role partners with Sales, Legal, and Product teams to own end‑to‑end contract economics, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, planning, forecasting, and performance management, while driving automation of FP&A workflows.

Qualifications

• CPA, MBA, or relevant master’s degree required.
• 5–8 years progressive finance or accounting, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing.
• Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring across complex technology arrangements.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure IP licensing and tools agreements with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Own end-to-end contract economics and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders.
• Lead FP&A, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Drive AI-enabled automation for forecasting and contract workflows.
