Job summary

Side International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the Philippine studio.

You will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting and compliance with local regulations while supporting cash flow, budgeting and audits. Responsibilities include managing P&L, balance sheet, statutory reporting, MIS and coordination with the London Group Accounting and Finance team.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or professional certification required.
• 4 to 6 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of finance and local accounting systems.
• Make It Happen attitude; able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS D365 is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
• Collaborative attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L, Balance Sheet and statutory reporting per local regulations.
• Maintain bookkeeping functions: GL, AP, AR, Payroll, statutory reporting, MIS.
• Prepare timely financial statements and reports compliant with Filipino accounting principles.
• Coordinate with external accounting agency on taxes and compliance.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and working capital needs.
• Issue local invoices and ensure proper supporting agreements.
