Job summary

Nagarro is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer for ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management to design, implement, and optimize ITOM solutions across critical applications and infrastructure. You will build integrations with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics, and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

The role requires hands-on expertise, plus strong communication and stakeholder management to drive successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
• 5.5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management and ITOM.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AIOps solutions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and scoped applications.
• Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics; REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions.
• Configure AIOps capabilities for key applications and infrastructure.
• Implement Event Management with alert ingestion and correlation.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITOM solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps to meet business needs and ensure quality.
