Job summary

Nagarro is hiring a Staff Engineer for ServiceNow (ITSM & Scripting) in India. You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM applications, scripting, and integrations with REST/SOAP, MID Server, and Flow Designer.

The role requires hands-on experience with App Engine, UI Policies, and Automation, with strong stakeholder management in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, customization and development.
• Hands-on scripting with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs.
• Experience building custom scoped apps using App Engine.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and scoped apps.
• Experience integrating with REST/SOAP, MID Server, and UI Builder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements.
• Configure and customize ITSM applications and platform capabilities.
• Develop custom workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure governance and best practices.
