Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect specializing in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, AIOps, and observability. The role focuses on designing enterprise-wide monitoring, optimizing alerts, and driving automation across hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on ITOM Event Management, alert integration, and AIOps implementations, with strong cloud and telemetry expertise and collaboration with stakeholders to shape scalable monitoring architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant technical field.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale monitoring and observability solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and monitoring tools.
• Proven troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow ITOM Event Management capabilities, including alert integrations, event correlation, and AIOps initiatives.
• Collaborate with domain architects and engineering teams across monitoring and observability platforms.
• Develop and maintain enterprise monitoring standards, governance, and best practices.
• Design end-to-end monitoring solutions for applications hosted across SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable monitoring and event management architectures.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Evaluate new technologies and lead proof-of-concept activities for monitoring and observability solutions.
• Support software lifecycle management, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for complex monitoring and observability projects.
• Ensure monitoring solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and operational requirements.
