We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect (ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps) to join our Monitoring and Event Management Design Team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-wide monitoring, observability, event management, and AIOps solutions that improve the availability, performance, and resilience of critical business applications and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, alert integration, and AIOps implementations, along with strong expertise in enterprise monitoring platforms, automation, cloud technologies, and observability practices. You will work closely with architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable and innovative monitoring solutions across complex hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.
- Design and enhance ServiceNow ITOM Event Management capabilities, including alert integrations, event correlation, and AIOps initiatives.
- Collaborate with domain architects and engineering teams across monitoring and observability platforms.
- Develop and maintain enterprise monitoring standards, governance, and best practices.
- Design end-to-end monitoring solutions for applications hosted across SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable monitoring and event management architectures.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Evaluate new technologies and lead proof-of-concept activities for monitoring and observability solutions.
- Support software lifecycle management, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for complex monitoring and observability projects.
- Ensure monitoring solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, Event Management, or related technical roles.
- Strong expertise in: Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, Application Performance Monitoring, Automation and Orchestration
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Architecture or Solution Architecture role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise observability and monitoring frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps and automation practices.
- Knowledge of proactive monitoring, synthetic transactions, and telemetry‑based operations.
- Understanding of network architecture and security concepts including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and PKI.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Strong awareness and vision for AIOps‑driven operations.
