Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks an ITSM ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will configure workflows, SLAs, forms, approvals, and notifications, using Flow Designer and scripting, while aligning with ITIL practices and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in ITSM process implementation (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and ServiceNow customization best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ITSM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Develop and support ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Configure workflows, SLAs, forms, approvals, and notifications using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and platform standards are met.
