Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking an FP&A professional to lead Month-End Close, reconcile balance sheets, and coordinate shared services with AP, AR, and payroll.

You will provide cost analysis, budgeting support with FP&A, and work with operations and contracts to improve financial performance while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum two years in operations, managerial, or cost accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Advanced analytical skills and cost data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close: Prepare and review monthly closing entries, ensuring transactions are complete, accurate, and recorded in the correct period.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Shared Services Coordination: Collaborate with AP, AR, and payroll to ensure transactions are recorded and reporting is distributed.
• Operational Financial Oversight: Collaborate with operations management and contract administration to manage financial operations.
• Cost Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders, including cost variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Budgeting and Planning: Work with operational management and FP&A during the annual budget process, including the capital budget.
• Financial Performance Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and drive growth.
• Internal Controls: Maintain integrity of internal control environment around month-end process.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations, managerial, or cost accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management, including corporate and regional leadership
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data and provide actionable insights
• Advanced software skills, including Excel and database management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
