iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations for partner brands. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance, while working with AP, AR, Payroll, and Operations. Strong Excel and ERP skills (NetSuite, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with preparing financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while partnering with cross-functional teams.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Managing month-end and year-end close activities
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and supporting schedules
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyzing financial results and providing variance explanations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience managing month-end close processes
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Flexible Requirements

• CPA license
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
