Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an accounting specialist based in the Philippines to manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration within the finance team.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus 2+ years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks and strong Excel skills are required.

• CPA/CA qualification or willingness to study CPA/CA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience required.

KEY SKILLS:

• End-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling vendor statements to invoices and credits
• Preparation of vendor payment schedules and credit management
• Debtor reporting, processing cash receipts, and credit control
• Weekly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll processing and payroll reporting
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L statements
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance (CPA/CA qualified or willingness to study CPA/CA) preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in managing bank reconciliation and preparation of financial reports

SOFTWARE:

• Proficient with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
• Microsoft Excel
