Job summary

Sheryna seeks an Engineering People Manager in Cebu City to lead a growing SRE/DevOps team and uphold world-class service reliability. You will coach engineers, steer career progression, drive performance conversations, and implement competency frameworks while coordinating across 24x7 shift bands, including nights, to ensure incidents are resolved swiftly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, observability, and incident management.
• Proven track record coaching engineers and helping them progress.
• Comfort in direct conversations about performance, behaviours, and accountability.
• Willingness to work across 24x7 shift bands, including nights.
