Job summary

Sheryna seeks an Engineering People Manager in Cebu City to lead a growing SRE/DevOps team and uphold world-class service reliability. You will coach engineers, steer career progression, drive performance conversations, and implement competency frameworks while coordinating across 24x7 shift bands, including nights, to ensure incidents are resolved swiftly.

• Willingness to work across 24x7 shift bands, including nights.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience developing graduates or early-career engineers.
• Experience with competency frameworks and skills assessments.
• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or shift lead in a 24x7 operation.
