Qualifications

• 4+ years building in ServiceNow with focus on Service Catalog and automation (Flow Designer/Subflows, IntegrationHub, Orchestration).
• Experience in Catalog Item creations with approvals and automated fulfillment.
• Hands-on REST/SOAP integrations, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, tokens, and secure credential handling.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow SDLC/governance.
• Experience with MID Server and external scripting (PowerShell/Python/SSH).
• Proficiency with ATF, HealthScan, and maintainable coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guides with advanced variables (UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Configure and manage approvals, assignment rules, SLAs, Business Rules, ACLs/RBAC, and data policies.
• Develop and maintain integrations with AD/Azure AD, Exchange/M365, Jira, Teams, AWS/Azure, GitHub, and IAM platforms.
• Implement and manage IntegrationHub solutions using REST/SOAP spokes, including credential management and retries.
• Develop applications within ServiceNow scoped apps using ATF, HealthScan, and Dev→Test→Prod deployment practices.
• Build and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards to track automation fulfillment, MTTR, retry/error rates, and SLA compliance.
• Create reusable ServiceNow components: subflows, custom spokes, catalog templates, knowledge articles, and runbooks.

Job description

* Configure and manage approvals, assignment rules, SLAs, Business Rules, ACLs/RBAC, and data policies to support business and security requirements.

* Develop and maintain integrations with Active Directory/Azure AD, Exchange/Microsoft 365, Jira, Microsoft Teams, AWS/Azure, GitHub, and identity/IAM platforms, including automated provisioning of accounts, groups, licenses, and access.

* Implement and manage IntegrationHub solutions using standard and custom REST/SOAP spokes, including credential management, retry mechanisms, and idempotent integration design.

* Develop applications within ServiceNow scoped applications, utilizing version control, Update Sets/App Repository, ATF (Automated Test Framework), HealthScan, code reviews, and Dev→Test→Prod deployment practices.

* Build and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards to track automation fulfillment rates, request MTTR, integration retry/error rates, and SLA compliance.

* Create and maintain reusable ServiceNow components, including subflows, custom spokes, catalog item templates, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.

Job requirements:

• 4+ years building in ServiceNow with a strong focus on Service Catalog and automation:Flow Designer/Subflows, IntegrationHub (spokes & custom) and Orchestration.
• Experience in Catalog Item creations with approvals and automated fulfillment.
