Job summary

AscentPro in the Philippines is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build and customize ServiceNow applications and services. You will work across Incident, Change, Problem and Service Catalog modules, focusing on UI/UX heavy development and CMDB integrations.

You will mentor System Administrators, facilitate rollouts of new applications and enhancements, and ensure best practices across the SDLC while aligning IT with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.
• Experience creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs.
• Experience patching and upgrading ServiceNow to recent releases.
• Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and apps across ITIL processes.
• Contribute to UI-heavy design and development activities.
• Assist in rollouts of new applications and enhancements.
• Mentor ServiceNow System Administrators and document configurations.

• Required skills: ServiceNow Portal. (catalog creation and enhancement), Designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management, CSS (design of website front interface), Creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs.
• Shift: Night shift (EST)

• Site: BGC, Taguig
• Budget: 100k max
• The role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow Capabilities. The Developer will be responsible for heavy UI, Workflow and Application development activities.
• Facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules.
• The ServiceNow Developer is a Senior technical resource that possesses advance administration capability and is able to design, build and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• The Developer work across applications, deliver new functionality and innovative solutions, and supports the entire development lifecycle.
• Assist System Administrator with ServiceNow incidents and request.
• Design and develops and documents new ServiceNow module configurations and services.
• Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators.
• Verifies complex business requirements and estimates work effort required through to implementation.

Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification is a plus.
