Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer in Quezon. You will deliver platform enhancements, resolve defects, and implement new capabilities across the ServiceNow suite.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, admins, architects, and support teams to ensure stability and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work setup 2 days per week and a permanent direct-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Experience configuring workflows, catalog items, and policies.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents and defects and implement fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and support upgrades and maintenance.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents and defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support production deployments and change implementation activities.
