Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Representative, People Solutions to support day-to-day HR activities and work with stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals. You will assist with engagement, compensation, performance management, and HRIS data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support or similar role.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR activities including employee engagement, relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Receive, process and respond to employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
• Collect, maintain, analyze and report HR metrics to support management decisions.
• Prepare documentary requirements for HR partners handling labor-related cases as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data using HRIS tools in line with policy and local laws.

Sr. Representative, People Solutions

The Sr. Representative, People Solutions is responsible for assisting with of day-to-day Human Resources support and execution and working with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overall business objectives.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management
• Receive, process and respond to employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
• Assist with collection, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making
• Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases, as necessary
• Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
• May provide general support for the Human Resources department(s) and related stakeholders, as necessary

Candidate Profile

• 1 - 3 Years of Experience
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
