JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and policy implementation. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Receive the manpower request from the departments and coordinate the approval to HR Manager.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Responsible for recording the details of applicants in the recruitment file.
- Provide a recruitment report at the end of the month in reference to the manpower requisition.
Employee Relations
- Support HR Manager and HR Supervisor in implementing HR policies and programs.
- Handle employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in handling employee due process and grievances
- Assist in employee attendance, log concerns, and perform timekeeping tasks for the assigned payroll group
- Assist in cascading HR initiated activities/programs
- Assist in managing employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
HR Compliance, Monitoring and Recording
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards by assisting the HR manager in preparing DOLE reporting compliance: Workers' Illness and Accident Report, Employee Separation Report
- Participate in HR audits and employee engagement activities.
- Handle GPS Tracker report and export data for excess fuel and submit the report to the HR manager for coordination.
HR Administrative task
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by securing the availability of printed out forms.
- Receive, check and coordinate to HR Manager and Admin Supervisor the requested Job Order from the requesting department.
- Any other HR related task that may be assigned as necessary.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- At least 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
WORK CONDITIONS:
Office-based with occasional field work for some recruitment or company activities/events.
May be required to work beyond regular hours to meet urgent HR requirements as necessary.
