Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Verbal and written English communication skills (or local language where applicable).
• High analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes tasks to maintain reference files per guidelines.
• Researches and reviews product reference information using internet.
• Updates and maintains product reference database.
• Provides regular updates to local office for deliverables.
• Performs regular review of all product reference extracts.
• Provides accurate outputs for reports according to timeline.
• Participates in projects and process improvements.
• Liaise with Support teams to perform data fixes.
• Transcribes paper invoice details into Malaysia Paper Panel template.
• Validates invoice transactions against Malaysia’s master compilation with IQVIA’s reference database.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Associate Manager.
