Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to maintain and QA product reference files and invoices for our Manila operations. You will translate paper invoices, update databases, and ensure timely, accurate outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

From handling Malaysia template references to liaising with Support and other departments, your focus on accuracy and efficiency will help drive high-quality data and reports for IQVIA's life sciences clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Reads and translates paper invoice details.
• Follows established procedures to resolve routine matters.
• Pharmacy or health sciences background.
• Strong customer focus with attention to details and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and changing workloads.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Verbal and written English communication is strong; multilingual capability a plus.
• High analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains reference files based on set guidelines.
• Researches and reviews product reference information using the internet.
• Updates and maintains product reference database.
• Provides regular updates to local office for deliverables.
• Performs regular review of all product reference extracts.
• Delivers accurate and complete outputs for all reports within timelines.
• Participates in projects and process improvements.
• Collaborates with other departments.
• Liaises with Support teams to perform data fixes.
• Provides and analyzes query resolutions and inputs.
• Transcribes paper invoice details into Malaysia Paper Panel template.
• Validates invoice transactions against Malaysia's master compilation and IQVIA's reference database.
• Performs quality assurance on transcribed data.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Associate Manager.
