AXOS BUSINESS CENTER CORP. is seeking a senior marketing analytics leader to own the analytics roadmap, design scalable measurement frameworks, and mentor the team to reduce dependency on any single analyst.
You will partner with senior marketing stakeholders to define what gets measured, build self-service dashboards, govern data across GA4, Salesforce, and Adobe Workfront, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Operates as a strategic analytics partner to US-based marketing leadership, not just an execution resource. Owns the analytics roadmap for a major program area, builds scalable measurement frameworks, and is trusted to bring forward recommendations - not just answer questions. This role should reduce, not create, dependency on any single analyst by building systems and mentoring the team below them.
Design and own scalable measurement frameworks (attribution, marketing efficiency, funnel/conversion analysis) across multiple channels or business segments
Lead advanced analysis: multi-touch attribution, marketing mix considerations, cohort/lifecycle analysis, scenario/pro forma modeling
Partner directly with senior marketing stakeholders (Director/VP level) to shape what gets measured and why - informing strategy, not just reporting on it after the fact
Build and maintain the team's core dashboards and self-service reporting infrastructure so insight isn't bottlenecked through individuals
Own data governance and definitional consistency across GA4, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Workfront reporting
Mentor Jr. and Mid-level analysts; review their work for rigor, not just accuracy
Proactively identify what reporting/processes should be simplified, automated, or retired - bias toward systems over manual heroics
Present findings and recommendations directly to US marketing leadership with a clear point of view
5+ years in marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Advanced SQL; comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets
Deep proficiency in GA4 and Salesforce (CRM and Marketing Cloud)
Proven experience building measurement frameworks from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones
Strong business communication skills - able to translate analytics into a business recommendation for a non-technical executive audience
Experience working with or managing junior team members
Financial services, banking, or other regulated-industry experience
Experience with marketing mix modeling or multi-touch attribution in long B2B sales cycles
Experience partnering with enterprise marketing teams (80+ people, multi-entity/multi-brand structure)
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics/AEM stack, or equivalent enterprise marketing tech
Business impact of recommendations adopted by leadership (not just reports delivered)
Reduction in ad hoc/manual reporting requests via self-service infrastructure
Quality of mentorship - measurable improvement in Jr./Mid analyst output over time
Stakeholder trust/adoption: are Sr. leaders coming to this person proactively for input?
