Axos Business Center seeks a senior analytics leader to partner with US marketing leadership, own the analytics roadmap, and build scalable measurement frameworks. The role emphasizes mentoring the team and reducing dependency on any single analyst through systems and governance.
Responsibilities include designing attribution frameworks, leading advanced analyses, and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape what gets measured.
Operates as a strategic analytics partner to US-based marketing leadership, not just an execution resource. Owns the analytics roadmap for a major program area, builds scalable measurement frameworks, and is trusted to bring forward recommendations — not just answer questions. This role should reduce, not create, dependency on any single analyst by building systems and mentoring the team below them.
