Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Exposure to GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a comparable marketing platform.
• Strong written and spoken English — interfaces with US stakeholders in writing daily.
• High attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive, precision‑dependent work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh existing dashboards (GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront) on a defined schedule.
• Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Perform QA on data feeds and flag discrepancies before they reach senior analysts or stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc data requests from the broader marketing team.
• Document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity.
• Escalate anomalies or blockers proactively rather than waiting to be asked.

About This Job

Executes recurring data pulls, dashboard maintenance, and QA for the Marketing Data & Analytics team. This is an execution and accuracy role — the Jr. Analyst is not yet expected to generate independent insight, but is expected to produce clean, trustworthy data on a reliable cadence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh existing dashboards (GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront) on a defined schedule

Required Qualifications
