We are looking for a highly analytical and technical Senior Data Analyst to lead Product, Marketing, and Business Analytics for Elektra Go.
This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and growth, and is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making, optimize performance, and accelerate business growth.
You will own the full analytics cycle: from measurement infrastructure and data quality, to advanced analysis, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations. This is not a reporting role — we expect you to think like a growth partner, not just an analyst.
What You’ll Do
1. Marketing & Growth Analytics
- Own end-to-end performance measurement across paid media channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, SMS, and others)
- Evaluate campaign ROI, CAC, ROAS, and funnel efficiency — from impression to first transaction
- Build and maintain attribution models; work closely with AppsFlyer and GA4 to ensure accurate measurement
- Design and analyze A/B tests, incrementality studies, and lift experiments
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to quantify channel contribution, measure incrementality, and inform budget allocation decisions
- Identify growth levers and optimization opportunities across the full acquisition funnel
2. Business & Product Analytics
- Define, track, and evolve core KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and revenue
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior to surface friction points and growth opportunities
- Generate insights that directly influence product, marketing, and business decisions
- Build clear, executive-level dashboards in Data Studio (primary tool) or other BI Tools
- Translate complex, multi-source data into simple, human narratives
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership — including the CEO — in a structured, concise way
- Proactively flag risks, anomalies, and opportunities without being asked
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and reporting pipelines
- Embed AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a standard part of your workflow — this is an expectation, not a nice-to-have
- Propose hypotheses and define measurement plans for new initiatives before they launch
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Data Analytics / Product Analytics / Business Intelligence
- Advanced SQL (mandatory), BigQuery (GCP) strongly preferred
- Deep experience with marketing measurement: attribution, incrementality, A/B testing, paid media performance
- Hands-on experience building and owning Marketing Mix Models (MMM) end-to-end — from data preparation to model output and business recommendations
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or equivalent MMP (Branch, Singular, Adjust)
- Strong experience building dashboards and executive reporting (Data Studio or equivalent)
- Proven ability to connect data, insights, and business impact — not just produce reports
- Fluent AI tool usage in day-to-day analytical work
- English at business level (written and verbal)
Technical Stack (Expected Familiarity)
- SQL (advanced) + BigQuery
- GA4 / Firebase / Google Analytics
- Data modeling, tracking validation, and analytics frameworks
Highly Desirable
- BA in Mathematics, Business Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science or other Quantitative/Math-focused majors
- Experience in fintech, payments, or remittances
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
Who You Are
- A structured, analytical thinker who is genuinely curious about the business behind the data
- Obsessed with measurement quality — you don't trust numbers you haven't validated yourself
- A strong communicator who can make complex data simple for any audience
- Proactive and ownership-driven — you flag problems before they become problems
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making judgment calls with incomplete information
- Someone who challenges assumptions, proposes hypotheses, and executes on them
- An active user of AI tools who sees them as a competitive advantage, not a shortcut
