This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, handling payables, supporting tax compliance, and preparing essential financial reports.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and statements for management and stakeholders
Ensure timely preparation of Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT)
Ensure that a duplicate copy of withholding tax certificates (acknowledged by supplier) is attached to corresponding payments
Review payments to suppliers every Friday and issue Certificate of Withholding Tax (CWT)
Verify employees' Cash Advances and Statement of Expenses and Liquidation in accordance with company policies and guidelines
Ensure prompt submission of monthly schedules
Assist in the quarterly inventory of the company's fixed assets
Ensure submission of quarterly records of the company's fixed assets
Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic indicators
Build and maintain financial models in Excel
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and often with other financial and data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly
Meticulous approach to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports
Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound judgments
Preferably an individual who has experience working for an audit firm for at least 3-4 years
