Job summary

Hepmil Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will lead Financial Reporting, FP&A, Master Data integrity, and the Shared-Service Center, driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and 5-7 years of relevant experience, with advanced Excel skills and experience with Xero, QuickBooks or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and GAAP.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience with accounting/reporting software (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) a plus.
• Excellent organization and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify drivers, trends and variances.
• Utilize Xero to manage general ledger and reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
• Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Maintain master data accuracy (COA, cost centers) and internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits.
