Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Philippine laws (e.g., BIR regulations).
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
